Travis Smith
Manager:

Responsible for implementation and completion of a wide array of construction projects including buildings, renovations, entertainment/sports facilities, and others as may be directed by the Tribal Administration.  At any given time the Tribal Building Construction Office may oversee as many as 15 construction projects that vary in size and expense.  The manager schedules projects, tracks progress, monitors budgets, authorizes changes to contracts, maintains records for projects, supervises the office and field personnel.

Office Coordinator:

Employed by the Tribe in 1986

The Office Coordinator provides oversight for various office administrative activities in the Office of Building Construction, performing administrative duties in support of the daily operations of the Office of Building Construction.  Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, budget establishment and utilization, monitoring billing, account coding, accounts receivable, contracting, compliance, procurement, and administrative supervision of Capital Improvement Plan funds.  Maintains detailed personnel records of departmental personnel, specific financial files, and ensures accurate policy information is kept up to date with departmental program managers. The Office Coordinator serves as supervisor, coordinating the duties of the Administrative Assistant of the Office of Building Construction.
